Have any complaints about the civic services of Nagar Palika or Nagar Parishad in MP? If yes, file a complaint with the respective Municipal Corporation, Nagar Palika/Parishad by citizen helpline number, email, or submit your complaint online with relevant information.

According to the citizen charter issued by the Urban Development and Housing Department, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, the grievance redressal mechanism is divided into 3 levels. You may also call the citizen helpline number, email, or send a written complaint letter to the respective local body. Don’t forget to ask for the reference/acknowledgement receipt as proof.
Dissatisfied with the resolution or have complaints not been resolved? Escalate the disputed matter to the Municipal/Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam or Chairman, Nagar Palika/Parishad.
Finally, if your submitted complaints are not resolved by the authorized officer of your local bodies, lodge a complaint online by CM Helpline Portal (Jan Seva) to the PG Cell, Directorate of Urban Administration & Development, Govt. of MP.
